Only to sell paid downloads. Links and free downloads work without one. When you are ready, paste a restricted Stripe key into your dashboard and paid products switch on. Money from your buyers goes straight to your Stripe account.
No. Your plan is the only thing you pay us. Stripe charges its usual card fee on each sale, and that is between you and Stripe.
The moment they pay, a download link appears on the thank-you page and is emailed to them. The link is good for a fresh download any time. No account needed.

It stays up and keeps selling. You will not be able to add or edit products without an active plan, but nothing is taken down, and everything is there when you come back.
